Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales professionalises your digital sales and offers you completely new possibilities in the organisation and handling of your sales activities and sales opportunities.
Instead of email, calendar and Office programmes as well as follow-up lists and telephone notes, you now have a multi-level, system-controlled sales process that you can map centrally via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This allows you to successfully convert contacts and leads into sales opportunities and turn them into buyers and customers.

From creating a lead to closing the opportunity: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales allows you to structure and automate your entire sales process. When a lead or opportunity is created, the process is initiated and tasks are assigned. Integration of all Microsoft products
You integrate Dynamics 365 Sales seamlessly with all Microsoft products. The link with Outlook already makes your work easier. New contacts can be created directly from Outlook. Incoming emails are classified correctly straight away or can be created as a lead or contact for an unknown sender. This saves you and your sales team a lot of time in your daily work.
In addition to Outlook and the Office products, all work areas from Dynamics 365, such as Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Commerce, are directly connected to Sales. Mobile work

Microsoft Relationship Sales: CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator in one
For companies that also identify and qualify their leads and prospects with the help of the Sales Navigator for LinkedIn, Microsoft has the perfect interface for CRM: Microsoft Relationship Sales. The Sales Navigator is fully embedded in Dynamics 365 Sales. This means that sales opportunities and leads from LinkedIn also run through the automated sales process you have defined. Activities in LinkedIn are synchronised in real time and existing accounts, leads and contacts are transferred directly to Sales.
